Your capacity for change, healing, and growth is why I do this work. In the 9 years that I have been in the field, courage is what has always shown up at my door. Courage is always what leads us to change -- courage to believe that things could be different, that life doesn't have to feel this way. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey from courage to hope.

I received my Bachelors of Social Work from NAU and graduated with a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Denver.  

I specialize in utilizing EMDR, working with survivors of trauma, women in the postpartum period, and individuals parenting with PTSD.

I provide individual counseling in my office and walk-and-talk sessions in the community. New mothers are welcome to bring their infants. 

I currently accept BCBS of Arizona and United Healthcare.

My desire as a therapist is to connect with you and know your story, and then offer support, reflection and encouragement. As a therapist, I believe that I can assist you on your journey toward "wholeness" and help you lay a healthy and stable foundation for your next life-steps.  I completed  my Master of Science Degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. I have worked in the Behavioral Health Field in various capacities for the last 20 years.

 I specialize with EMDR, anxiety and depression, life transition, college students, spirituality and religion, and sexual orientation. 

I am available for individual counseling sessions “in-office” and am available for “walk-and-talk” therapy as it benefits the client. I look forward to meeting and working with you!

As a therapist, my goal is to provide a space where you can feel safe, seen, heard, and known. When we find ourselves in this space of compassion, we can continue the process of walking towards the healthiest versions of ourselves and release the things that keep us stuck. I desire to provide the space and support you need to embody your best self and live a life that brings you meaning and purpose. I believe that we all have potential waiting inside of us, and therapy is one way to bring our truest self to the surface.   

My primary modalities are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Self-Compassion, and Attachment work. This work helps us relate to our strengths and our struggles with kindness and compassion while moving forward with purpose. Additionally, we learn how to reflect on the ways that past relationships are impacting our current relationships. This enables us to work towards connecting authentically in the present with greater ease.
