What are your specialities?

Each therapist brings their own set of specialties. Some listed specialties include: Anxiety and Depression, Trauma, Postpartum, When Survivors Give Birth, Parenting With PTSD, EMDR & Body Image. You can learn more about each of our therapists by reading their bios HERE.

What is your fee?

The fee for a 50 minute session is $150 as a Private Pay Client. We also have providers in network with most Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, UMR and Aetna plans. We encourage all clients and potential clients to contact their insurance provider and inquire as to what their specific plans covers for mental health benefits. Learn more about that process HERE.

Do you have affordable counseling?

Cultivate Counseling is proud to offer low cost/high quality counseling sessions through our Counselor Internship Program. Our counseling interns enable us to reach more clients, and serve our community of Flagstaff in a greater way. The fee for a 50 minute session is $75.
