“I love teaching DBT skills, honestly because they work. I have seen these skills support people from all walks of life, especially those wanting to learn how to live from a new, stronger sense of self, either in preparation for trauma treatment, during as an adjunct treatment, or after treatment to support integration.”
“DBT Skills can be an excellent adjunct to EMDR therapy, and other trauma modalities. Come and join us, practice with us, and watch your skills gap close and your life open in ways you have been wishing for.”
