Do you have OCD or suspect that you might have it? Join us in a supportive and informative space to explore the nuances of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). During this 8 week program, we will take a closer look at the basic characteristics of OCD, as well as the various ways it can manifest in individuals. This space will also help to provide you with the basic skills needed to recognize and address OCD-related symptoms and challenges. After graduating from the OCD skills group this is an advanced 8 week group to deepen your understanding and strengthen your OCD skills.

OCD Services with Aimee Dassele, LPC
I completed the Behavior Therapy Training Institute's intensive training course with an emphasis in Exposure and Response/Ritual Prevention (ERP) for treating OCD through the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) and I implement ERP to treat OCD. Alongside individual treatment for OCD, I facilitate an OCD Education and Skills Group, an ACT for OCD Group and an OCD Maintenance Group for those suffering from OCD or obsessive-compulsive tendencies. I also facilitate an OCD Consultation Group for our clinicians here at Cultivate Counseling.
